Contract Signing between Court Meridian CEO and SysNet President
Subic Bay Freeport Zone April 29, 2023 – The Court Meridian Hotel & Suites – Subic Bay owned and operated by Innasia Corporation and SysNet Integrators Inc. - ParkNcharge Payment Solutions signed a memorandum of agreement to operate an Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Station at the hotel’s premises.
The contract signing ceremony was graced by Innasia Corporation’s CEO Mr. William C. Ang, SysNet Integrators Inc. - ParkNcharge Payment Solutions’ President and CEO Mr. Joel Z. Sapul, Court Meridian Hotel & Suites – Subic Bay’s Hotel Manager Ms. Irish Khrystal S. Ong and Sales and Marketing Manager Ms. Ma. Jaytee B. Acierto.
The Electric Vehicles (EV) are not just the wave of the future, they are saving lives today. Gasoline fuelled vehicles exhausts also produce greenhouse gases that contribute to climate change. The main greenhouse gas produced by vehicles is carbon dioxide (CO2), but they also produce nitrous oxide and methane. As the environment is experiencing an unprecedented climate change and uncontrollable costs of fossil fuels, more people will be adopting to sustainable use of energy. EV prices are going down and more car owner will leapfrog to EV. By next year, expect more adoption when the Philippine government pushes for various circulars in adoption to Republic Act No. 11697 or otherwise known as the “Electric Vehicle Industry Development Act” (EVIDA).
