GENERAL RULES IN USING THE EV CHARGING STATION

For EV Cars Only: ParkNcharge parking shall be exclusive for Electric Vehicles charging only.​

Charge and Go Policy: Please park the EV when charging only. To avoid fines, one must remove the EV after the charging. You will be notified to remove your vehicle when charging is complete. This is give fair chance to other users and to avoid overcharging of EV with faulty EV BMS.

Overstaying EV: Please ensure that you vacate the EV charging station parking slot if your charging is complete. Penalties and fines may be imposed for over extended parking of EV.

Safety First: Users should avoid touching or moving the connector while the EV is charging to prevent possible arcing. Ensure that the plug is fully inserted when using this charger. Additionally, avoid smoking or operating any heated devices, such as torches or lighters, near the charger to reduce the risk of fire. When charging, avoid touching the gun or adapter if your hand is wet.

Cable management: After every charging, make sure that the cable is properly returned and stowed to the EVSE mount. Please loop and hook the cable properly as a courtesy to the next user.

Personal Responsibility: User is responsible for the safe keeping of any personal belongings in the vehicle. ParkNcharge shall not be responsible for any theft or lost.

Anti-vandalism Policy: This site is protected by video camera. Any person found guilty resulting to damage or destruction of any part of the EV charging station will be personally liable for the replacement and repair of such equipment and ParkNcharge has the right to avail remedies under the law.

Third-Party Gun Adaptor Policy: Each Charging station site has its own policy on the use of Adaptors. Some sites don’t allow adaptors and some sites do allow but with restrictions. Please read the local Charging Station site's General Terms and Guidelines on the use of Adaptors for your reference. There is risk of serious injury and property damage for wrong use of Adaptors. ParkNcharge shall not be liable for any damage or injury that may result for not following the adaptor policy of the charging station site. Please ask for assistance at the site if you are unsure of the Adaptor policy. For Site that allows the use of Adaptors, please check your adaptor regularly. As a precaution, please don't use or disconnect the adaptor immediately, if there is any of the following:
a.There is a crack or the adaptor body or it is damaged.
b. Adaptor is wet or have been submerged in water, please dry before inserting.
c. Adaptor Terminals are worn, with burn marks and damaged.
d. Adaptor is heating up excessivlely and there is presence of burning smell.
e. You notice smoke or you hear clicking sparks or arcing sound when using the adaptor.

9. Damage & LIabilities: ParkNcharge shall not be responsible for any personal and property damage/s. lost or injuries that may result from violating or not following any of the above rules, cause by use of wrong and defective adaptor, cause of damage and/or injuries is/are related to customer equipment, misuse or abuse of use of the EV Chargers or cause by the Electric Vehicles’ BMS and/or EV Batteries’ fault.
10. Report Problems: If you notice any problems during charging such as excessive heat, burning smell, smoke, etc., unplug the connector and report immediately to the admin office for proper rectification.
