Araneta City Selects SysNet/ParkNcharge to Manage its EV Charging Stations

Araneta City has selected SysNet and ParkNcharge as its official partner for the management of its Electric Vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure. This collaboration marks a significant step toward sustainable mobility and innovative customer service in the Philippines.

SysNet/ParkNcharge will oversee the operation of 22KW EV charging stations strategically located within the parking facilities of Cyberpark Towers 1, 2, & 3, Gateway Tower, and Gateway Mall 1. These stations will be integrated into the ParkNcharge platform, allowing users to access and pay for charging services seamlessly via the ParkNcharge mobile app and payment system.

Chosen for its advanced features and industry leadership, ParkNcharge offers an open architecture, a simple profit-sharing model, merchant-friendly reporting, AI-powered customer service, and innovative solutions such as advance booking, reservation management, overstaying control, and a roaming-ready platform. With extensive experience as a pioneer in EV charging station management and operations, ParkNcharge provides a comprehensive and scalable solution tailored to the evolving needs of EV infrastructure.

SysNet, the first EV Charging Station (EVCS) operator in the Philippines accredited by the Department of Energy for full commercial operation with booking and e-wallet payment capabilities in 2022, will also ensure that the EV stations meet all necessary compliance standards, including EUMB policies, local government requirements, PWD markings, and fire safety regulations.

In addition to operational management, SysNet will deliver customer support through its proprietary Voice AI technology. This state-of-the-art conversational AI automates responses to common customer inquiries via the ParkNcharge app and QR code scanning, providing a seamless omni-channel support experience. The Voice AI system also captures customer sentiments, behaviors, and statistics, enabling predictive diagnostics and proactive issue resolution—making it the first of its kind in the eMobility space in the Philippines and Asia.
